Nu Url : Program Review

Nu Url is a site that has an affiliate program while offering the benefits of shortening your ref-links, blog links, website links, and other links so that they won't be tampered with.

Their site is very easy to navigate and the shortening of URLs involves a simple process of basically only 3 clicks. (Only 3 more clicks to make SURE that you are organized in your members area).

You can't get much simpler than that!

Nu Url .us - Turn Your Long URL into a Nu Url !!

After you log in, just:

1. Click the 'Create Nu Url' link
2. Enter the Url/ref-link that you want to protect/shorten
3. Click the 'Create Nu Url' Button....

Voila! Your link is created.

Okay okay - so you want to stay organized?

Click on the 'Members Area' link and your newly created URL will be in a list. You'll be able to 'edit' your link here - meaning - 'Name your link' using the edit feature so that you can easily tell which link is 'which-from-what-not' among the list.

From your Members Area, you can also 'reset' your link-hit count by clicking on the 'reset' icon directly beside each individual item. This won't reset everything, so it's great for tracking specific ref-links but not others - it's up to you.

Maybe you want a daily count on one site but a weekly count on another. If so, only re-set the daily onces that you're interested in tracking that way...simple

Beautiful!

Nu Url .us - Turn Your Long URL Into a Nu Url !!

Also, from this area - you can view the Nu Url-made link or your original link so that if you forget where in the heck you put your ref-link data , you don't have to worry. Both bits of info waiting for you in your Members Area.

Did I mention that Nu Url will PAY YOU for using their program? Yep - they pay out, too, which is a bonus with this program. I would use their tracker service even if they didn't have an affiliate opportunity! The Nu Url system is just SO EASY to use!

So, that's my review...

I love the

LOVE THE PROGRAM!

Nu URL ROCKS!!!

Nu Url - Turn Your Long URL Into a Nu Url !!

If you're not tracking your links yet, how are you going to know how much traffic you're receiving to your site, blog, program, etc?

Mind-sets and Myth - Believe In Yourself

Many people will fail in their efforts to earn money online simply
because they don't acquire the right mindset to 'to the job.'

It is true that there is an annoying abundance (too much so) of scams
and scammers online waiting to steal your money, however, in real life,
on the real streets, roads, and pathways, there are also scammers and
scams just waiting to happen. This second fact doesn't keep most
people from going to work, changing jobs, finding better jobs, and
setting up their businesses. It shouldn't keep YOU from setting up your
internet business and earning online if this is really what you've
decided to do!

To start, you'll have to learn to develop the self-talk, attitude, and
focused mind-set that is necessary to succeed. This doesn't just apply
to online efforts, but also is important in EVERYTHING YOU DO!

If your attitudes are not in line with what you want to accomplish, you
will have a difficult time succeeding in oline business. Even the best
softwares, connections, tools and information will be of no great use to
you if you haven't got the mind-set for making your ideas work!

10 important things to keep in mind or to consistently do:

1- Don't allow past failures to dictate what you will do today!

2- Don't focus on problems! Acknowledge problems but focus on
solutions!

3- Every challenge is an opportunity

4- Focus on success, optimism,
solutions, positive results, and moving ahead

5- block negative people OUT of your head and your business

6-actively remind yourself that your goals are attainable

7- see your environment as abundant - use what is available for good
purpose

8- keep a 'Daily Success' journal and record daily accomplishments

9- once per day, at least - read aloud yesterday's accomplishments

10- View 'failure' as 'instruction' or as 'lessons' instead of negative
things.

Make these 10 items into a checklist for a different section of your Daily
Success journal.

Use this journal at least twice per day - once at the very beginning of
your day - and if your day has been too hectic, at least dedicate time
to using your journal a second time - at the end of the day.

It would be extra helpful to have a 'hard-copy' journal instead
of an electronic (doc.file of some sort) kind of journal - because you
should be able to carry a small journal-book almost anywhere during
your day. If your spirits need a boost, this way, your journal can always
be with you. Dedicate yourself to keeping this journal for at least 30
days.

Whether you already have the right physical tools for success or not
(tools for internet business - software, webspace, products, etc), you
still have to stay focused.

You also must BELIEVE in yourself and your purpose. Possibly, the
only reason why you haven't achieved online success yet is because
you haven't APPLIED yourself to make your dreams happen. Quite
simply - you've just 'not done it yet,' that's all. You may have even
'started' before - but you likely haven't followed through with applying
your ideas yet. Just because it hasn't been done yet, doesn't mean that
it is not possible. The exact opposite is often true - because it hasn't
been done yet, it is entirely possible! In fact, because it hasn't been
done yet - ensures that your ideas have not been DISPROVEN! Look at
things THIS WAY - instead of other ways that debilitate your spirit and
sink your resolve or beliefs in yourself and your ideas!

Watch successful people!

You'll notice that most successful people are really highly FOCUSED on
the ideas surrounding SUCCESS! Also - they TRULY BELIEVE in
themselves and their ideas. The present positive points, solutions, and
often see 'challenges' where other people see ruin.

If you don't have highly successful, positive people directly within
your own circle of friends, or you have restrictions of any kind with
physically meeting up with successful people, there are TONS of
videos online - and pertinent audio recordings available from
successful people wanting to share their positivity and success.

In a short time, you'll likely not have to worry at all about the last
paragraph or any restrictions in the way of being around highly
motivated, successful, positive-minded people - because YOU WILL
ATTRACT them as soon as you are like-minded, concentrating on
positive, motivational, and successful ideas, people, outlets for your
ideas, etc.

I'm not 100% sure why it happens - but in the same way, I'm not
100% familiar with gravity or why gravity is a certain thing in our
world - I only know that they both are absolutely REAL. Like will attract
like - just the same as gravity will make things with a certain weight fall
down!

Since I just introduced a science topic tidbit (gravity), I'll draw your attention to
another little scientific topic - a wonderment - one of old...

Scientist of old used to believe that the Earth was flat - that if you went
to the very edge of it, you could fall off and disappear forever.
Consequently the entire world population of old believed this - because
this is what all the best science could explain about the Earth.

Then a person of scientific background who found out differently - who
figured out that the Earth wasn't flat - was very unpopular with the
masses during his lifetime. The first few generations of people who read
of or heard of his claims that the Earth was a sphere - were in turmoil,
however, a few generations later, the world population commonly
accepted the 'round' or 'spherical' Earth explanation.

Once the newer explanation was accepted into belief and knowledge,
then future scientists and populations could utilize this information to
better advantage - better than when they thought the Earth was flat!

Explorers were no longer hedging distances they sailed due to fear of
falling off the Earth...they could now sail an UNLIMITED distance,
discover lands, seas and places that they would never have guessed
about. They could sail around the world if they wanted to!

Well, they wanted to!
And they did!

The power of belief in YOU can be just as debilitating as you let it be. It
can be as debilitating as believing the world is flat.

Or - your beliefs can be as EMPOWERING as the belief that the world is
round!

Where do you want to go?

To the edge of the Earth?

Or around the world?

:)

Zone Alarm: review

Malware.

An odd sounding word as a category created to lump all malicious software programs into - including viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, adware, and other malevolent codes.

In 2005, Computer Economics released a report on malware. The good news was that for the first time since 2002, the total worldwide financial losses from malware actually declined to a mere $14.2 billion. The bad news was that the nature of malware was changing from overt threats to more focused, covert attacks.

This definitely is not great news for the average computer user just trying to keep up with the hundreds of malware programs that bombard us daily.

Keeping malware out of your computer system is no easy task. To do so, you need an effective antivirus program. One such program is the ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite 6 from Zone Labs. Zone Labs is one of the most trusted companies in the Internet Security field for a good reason. Their product kicks serious malware butt!

ZoneAlarm has received high review recommendations - higher than most other Internet-security software suites because of its superb firewall and antivirus protection. It blocks pop-up ads, protects against identify theft and provides adequate spam filters that are flexible. It even beats the market leader, Norton Internet Security, which is often criticized for excessive system drag.

The newest Zone Labs Zone Alarm version includes these additional features:

Triple Defense Firewall to prevent spyware from sending your information across the Internet.

It also makes your computer invisible to anyone on the Net.

Smart Defense Advisor which can automatically adjust your security settings for maximum protection against the latest virus and spyware outbreaks.

Advanced Identify and Privacy Protection to prevent your personal data from leaving your computer without your approval.

A bonus for the average user who cringes at the idea of setting-up one of these systems is that the interface is easier to understand and use - as compared to most competitor software. If you choose to venture beyond the out-of-the-box default settings, and install a more elaborate filtering, know that this will require some additional time to set up on your part.

Overall, the Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite is user-friendly and provides a comprehensive security solution that will keep your computer more safe from Internet hazards and cyber criminals than most security suites do. Your protection will be set up within minutes of installation.

The Battle Against Spam

Fighting Spam
How prevalent is Spam? According to Scott McAdams, OMA(Ontario Medical Association) Public Affairs and Communications Department (www.oma.org):

"Studies show unsolicited or 'junk' e-mail, known as spam, accounts for roughly half of all e-mail messages received. Although once regarded as little more than a nuisance, the prevalence of spam has increased to the point where many users have begun to express a general lack of confidence in the effectiveness of e-mail transmissions, and increased concern over the spread of computer viruses via unsolicited messages."

(what was meant above is.........It's ALL OVER THE PLACE, Affecting nearly everyone.)

In December of 2003, in the U.S.A., President Bush signed the "Can Spam" bill. This was the first national standard developed surrounding the issue of 'bulk, unsolicited commercial e-mail'. Approved by 97 to 0, in a vote within the Senate, this bill prohibits senders of unsolicited commercial e-mail from using false return addresses to disguise their identity (spoofing) and the use of directories to generate such mailers.

In addition, it prohibits use of misleading subject lines and requires that emails include an easily visible 'opt-out' mechanism. The legislation also prohibits senders from 'harvesting' addresses from Web sites.

Violations constitute a 'misdemeanor crime' - subject to up to one year in jail.

One major point that requiring attention in this issue with spam is:

Spam is now coming from other countries in ever-greater numbers. Foreign emails are harder to fight, because they come from outside our country’s laws and regulations. Because the Internet extends beyond borders and internet users tend to have 'global mindset' when using the internet, the U.S. laws are fine where they can be employed and upheld - but are not sufficient to stop the collective 'Spam problem.'

Obeus.com - The Democratic Ads System

What can be done about this?

Well - here are the top 5 Suggestions to protect yourself from spam:

Number 1: Do what you can to avoid having your email address out on the net.
There are products called "spam spiders" that search the Internet for email addresses to send email to. If you are interested, do a search on "spam spider" and you will be amazed at what you will find. Interestingly, there is a site, WebPoison.org, which is an open source project geared to fight Internet "spambots" and "spam spiders", by giving them bogus HTML web pages, which contain bogus email addresses

A couple suggestions for this issue a) use form emails, which can hide addresses or also b) use addresses like sales@company.com instead of your full address to help battle the problem. c) There are also programs that encode your email, like jsGuard, which encodes your email address on web pages so that spam spiders will have difficulty reading your email address.

Number 2: Get spam blocking software. There are many programs out there for this. (try http://www.cloudmark.com/ or http://www.mailwasher.net/ ). You may also buy a professional version. Whatever you do, get the software. It will save you time. The software is not foolproof, but really does help. Often, a certain amount of 'manual set-up' is required, but it's worth it in order to block certain types of email.

Number 3: Use the multiple email address approach.
There are a lot of free email addresses available online. If you feel that you must subscribe to newsletters, then simply create a "back-up" email address. This would be somewhat like giving your cell phone number to only your best friends but the phone number with your voicemail options to everyone else.

Number 4: Attachments from people you don’t know are BAD, BAD, BAD.
A common problem with spam is that they have attachments and attachments can have viruses. Corporations often have filters that don’t let such things pass to you. Personal email is far more "open country" for spamers. General rule of thumb: if you do not know who is sending you something, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. Secondly, look for services that offer filtering. Firewall vendors offer this type of service as well.

Number 5: Email services now have "bulk-mail" baskets. If what you use currently does not support this, think about moving to a new vender. The concept is simple. If you know someone, they can send you emails. If you don’t know them, put them in the bulk email pile and then "choose" to allow them into your circle. Spam Blocking software has this concept as well, but having extra layers seems critical these days, so it is worth looking into.

Viruses Will Come a-Knocking

Every day new computer viruses are created to annoy us and to wreak havoc on our computer systems. Below are ten viruses that I feel are very prevalent and potentially damaging to the average person's computer system.

This is by no means a comprehensive, complete list. New viruses are constructed DAILY and there are hundreds of thousands of different viruses being circulated constantly online. To avoid becoming 'infected', remain vigilant (don't EVER surf the web with your 'anti-anything-ware' shut off - even for a few minutes!) Keep your anti-virus software updated, and stay aware of the current computer virus threats.

Here's the small list of viruses that are very common

Virus: Trojan.Lodear
A Trojan horse that attempts to download remote files. It will inject a .dll file into the EXPLORER.EXE process causing system instability.

Virus: W32(dot)Beagle(dot)CO(at)mm (sorry had to type out the dot and @ sign because the blogger software kept making a link of the virus name)

A mass-mailing worm that lowers security settings. It can delete security-related registry sub keys and may block access to security-related websites.

Virus: Backdoor.Zagaban
A Trojan horse that allows the compromised computer to be used as a covert proxy and which may degrade network performance.

Virus: W32/Netsky-P
A mass-mailing worm which spreads by emailing itself to addresses produced from files on the local drives.

Virus: W32/Mytob-GH
A mass-mailing worm and IRC backdoor Trojan for the Windows platform. Messages sent by this worm will have the subject chosen randomly from a list including titles such as: Notice of account limitation, Email Account Suspension, Security measures, Members Support, Important Notification.

Virus: W32/Mytob-EX
A mass-mailing worm and IRC backdoor Trojan similar in nature to W32-Mytob-GH. W32/Mytob-EX runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer via IRC channels. This virus spreads by sending itself to email attachments harvested from your email addresses.

Virus: W32/Mytob-AS, Mytob-BE, Mytob-C, and Mytob-ER
This family of worm variations possesses similar characteristics in terms of what they can do. They are mass-mailing worms with backdoor functionality that can be controlled through the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. Additionally, they can spread through email and through various operating system vulnerabilities such as the LSASS (MS04-011).

Virus: Zafi-D
A mass mailing worm and a peer-to-peer worm which copies itself to the Windows system folder with the filename Norton Update.exe. It can then create a number of files in the Windows system folder with filenames consisting of 8 random characters and a DLL extension. W32/Zafi-D copies itself to folders with names containing share, upload, or music as ICQ 2005a new!.exe or winamp 5.7 new!.exe. W32/Zafi-D will also display a fake error message box with the caption "CRC: 04F6Bh" and the text "Error in packed file!". Virus: W32/Netsky-DA mass-mailing worm with IRC backdoor functionality which can also infect computers vulnerable to the LSASS (MS04-011) exploit.

Virus: W32/Zafi-B
A peer-to-peer (P2P) and email worm that will copy itself to the Windows system folder as a randomly named EXE file. This worm will test for the presence of an internet connection by attempting to connect to www.google.com or www.microsoft.com. A bilingual, worm with an attached Hungarian political text message box which translates to "We demand that the government accommodates the homeless, tightens up the penal code and VOTES FOR THE DEATH PENALTY to cut down the increasing crime. Jun. 2004, Pécs (SNAF Team)"

THESE ARE ALL VERY NASTY, but this is a very tiny list indeed. I thought I should post about what a few viruses DO TO YOUR COMPUTER so that if anyone has been having computer troubles and has NOT yet suspected a virus as the culprit, they can start to point their attention in the right direction to try to figure out if a virus is making their computer run slow, show error messages and display other virus-related problems.

Run your anti-virus software's scan mode often - and UPDATE your software often. Many anti-virus programs can help you detect and clean your computer - but no program will help you if you're not doing regular scans and updates.

Online Safety - About Passwords

A problem that many people have regarding passwords is that they FORGET THEM! In most cases, this worry (or actuality) about forgetting passwords makes people try to come up with more memorable passwords.

In doing so, most people end up using 'familiar' words. In an effort to be able to use their 'regular' or 'common' or 'most used' passwords QUICKLY (in a hurry), which only make the passwords EASIER FOR HACKERS to uncover! Often people will use children, parent or pet names, birthdays, or the numerical digits of the current month - as password material - when they sign up for various internet products, memberships or services that require passwords.

Hackers can easily dissemble and figure out such information - they are EXPERTS at working with alphabet characters used for passwords and are CORRECT in assuming that they'll be working with the alphabet. The alphabet has a finite number of characters (26) and even if 'caps' are added, this brings the total of possible characters to 52! Computer programs can easily handle 'combinations' for only 52 possible characters and I won't even hazard a GUESS as to how many kinds of 'combination generator' programs have been made to DO JUST THIS and provide every combination of a 52 character-string that is possible!

Many security information sites I've visited suggest that users make passwords that aren't stricly considered 'WORDS.' (There are also some 'info-sites' that suggest the opposite, and I will mention these AS A WARNING TID-BIT at the end of this post).

A first step in following this advice and arrange a 'more secure' password is to make sure and use a numerical digit within your word, if you still insist on using a 'word' that is simple enough to remember. Remember, this will only make your password 'more secure' but your password will still be relatively easy for a hacker to deal with and uncover. Adding a number to your password will make your password slightly better than if you use only letters, so if for some reason, you can only do this with your password, DO IT! Any 'better measure' that can be taken, rather than only using letters - is much recommended!

A next step to making the your password just a little bit tougher for hackers to figure out - is to use other symbols as well as letters and numbers - wherever possible. Some sites won't accept anything but numerical or alphabetical data, but use whatever is allowed - whatever will give your password more variety of characters.

A further step, where possible - that will make a safer password is the 'passphrase.' Though a passphrase will still use words, it will likely also allow numbers and other symbols. Even if it only accepts letters, the password will be much LONGER than 'password-cracking' software that most hackers use and will include SPACES that will hinder a hacker's ability to 'crack' it. The sheer TIME IT WILL TAKE a hacker to figure out more combinations of words, letters, numbers, spaces and additional symbols will probably not be worth a hacker's time - thus, you have heightened your security.

Many of the sites that will accept the 'passphrase' will have excellent, well-monitored 'tools' on their site to help you with the creation of your passphrase, so go ahead and use passphrases wherever you can!

Additionally, use a password management tool. Most are designed, not just to make passwords difficult for hackers by way of 'form,' (the password, itself looks difficult for hackers to figure out), but also by special encryption benefits written into the password management tool software! That is - the program might actually be 'active' and re-write password codes FOR YOU, making your passwords LOOK DIFFERENT TO HACKERS everytime you need to use a password.

NEVER USE THE SAME PASSWORDS FOR DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS!

About sites that make suggestions about how to make 'easy to remember but secure passwords.' Read the information carefully on sites like these. If their advice say, in fact, to use 'easy to remember' words - Don't Go For This!

The only time that an easy-to-remember password might be worth using - is if you know you are going to be changing the password within the next half hour - into something MORE SECURE!

I understand that when doing 'account creation' online - where 'confirmation emails' are often part of the process, making the 'sign-up' process require more time - you might want to fill out account information in a hurry. Use your own judgement with this, in making an 'easily-hacked' password when you're in a hurry!

If you do this - CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AS SOON AS THE ACCOUNT IS CONFIRMED AND FUNCTIONAL!

Many sites offer 'password suggestions' during sign-up...if the suggestion contains numbers, go ahead and use them - then CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ANYWAY AS SOON AS THE ACCOUNT IS CONFIRMED AND FUNCTIONAL!

Other sites give 'helpful' information about making passwords and their information is simply OUT OF DATE.

Number combinations with just letters USED TO BE a fairly secure way to make a password several years ago. This isn't the case anymore, so...

PLEASE BE CAREFUL...

Definition: Kamikaze

The Miriam-Webster Dictionary gives the following explanation for the word 'kamikaze'

1. a member of a Japanese air attack corps in World War II assigned to make a suicidal crash on a target

2. an airplane containing explosives to be flown in a suicide crash on a target

These are fairly symbolic, pared-down, simplistic explanations of 'kamikaze,' however a history class that I recently attended at the University level gave me a more well-rounded understanding of 'kamikaze.'

Since I put the word 'Kamikaze' in my blog Title, I feel the need to explain further - rather than be mistaken as insinuating that readers adopt a kamikaze 'suicidal,' 'crash' technique of trying to make money online!

Kamikaze pilots were seen as having the quality of 'fearlessness' and were viewed as heroes by the global regions known to use the pilots. Westerners viewed the pilots as 'crazy,' and the title of 'kamikaze' has garnered quite a derogatory meaning because of this second, Western connotation.

It is true that kamikaze pilots flew in erractic fashion and appeared to make very dangerous decisions in the air, controlling their machinery in what appeared as 'risky' and 'suicidal' maneouvers. The truth of the matter is that MOST AIRPLANES of that era did not have very sophisticated controls for flight. MOST PILOTS of any aircraft - from any country - had limited control of their 'airships.' Kamikaze pilots had some of the very worst planes available.

Due to financial issues during WW II, certain countries had obviously less money than others. Those with less money made fewer planes, of poorer quality - however - with WW II considered a GLOBAL CONFLICT, certain countries still had the need to engage in air combat - regardless that their aircraft were of poor quality, without 'bells and whistles.'

Obeus.com - The Democratic Ads System

Much of the erratic flight of the kamikaze pilots wasn't due to 'suicidal' decisions in the air or from deliberate dangerous manipulation of their craft in the sky at all. Their planes simply did not function in the same ways as other planes in the air. The nose-dive typically noticed in 'kamikaze flight' pilots was usually NOT a 'tactic' of flight designed to 'psyche-out' other pilots, as is often believed. Often, the nose-dive was NECESSARY for keeping the aircraft from losing speed and having the engine completely stall out. Pilots would nose-dive, then loop back up - just to keep in the air, stay in combat, etc. Many a time, the dive and loop was employed because the engine HAD ACTUALLY STOPPED FUNCTIONING and this 'dive and glide' kept the pilot from a sure plummet to his death.

Misreported are the instances where these pilots with useless engines - would loop, glide, loop and glide, in order to land and survive the flight experience itself. Other pilots would rarely know what happened to the kamikaze foe. The Japanese pilot would just 'disappear' from the sight of other pilots. Later, the incident would be reported as 'the Japanese craft just vanished!' All of these factors have contributed to a type of 'mystery' attached to the kamikaze pilots, which still outshines the truth today. Perhaps we still like to think in terms of 'mystery,' however, Kamikaze pilots weren't some strange, mysterious, suicidal, phantoms up in the air. They were very REAL, accomplished, and mentally focused pilots! Kamikaze pilots had to 'use the air currents' effectively, along with whatever controls were manageable and all their wits, too - while adversary pilots and machines did not have to take into consideration as much about air currents or worry about crash-landing or whether their engines would stall, even in regular, routine flight. In essence, the Kamikaze Pilots were in a constant state of multi-tasking, using every sense they could muster in order to make their craft obey what they needed to accomplish in the air, even if they were only in the air over safe territory, in a practice situation.

I take some issue even with the dictionary explanation I posted to lead this topic, because, truthfully - the Japanese pilots were not necessarily an 'attack' branch of pilots. (Weren't most aircraft designed for 'attack' purposes? Why aren't the other pilots called 'attack' pilots - when they, indeed, WERE on 'attack missions' against Japan?). Much of their reason for being in the air was DEFENSE. Their flight patterns, unlike ANY OTHER airplanes from any other country, granted them so much attention that all kinds of associations have been made - erroneously - about their presence and activity in WW II.

They were Japanese pilots who manipulated DIFFERENT TYPES OF MACHINES than other countries did. The appearances of their flight and the instances of their deaths have been associated with 'personality' of the pilots (crazy and suicidal) to give the term 'kamikaze' a negative connotation for many people - and also to enforce a strong and long-lasting racial stereotype (heartless, cruel Japanese). These pilots 'seem to have' (this is debatable, they may not have had more deaths but the attention their deaths received was greater than with other pilots) suffered higher instances of death - not because they conducted their machines in a suicidal, risky maner while in flight - but because their machinery had little in the way of 'safety' and control options - less than other countries' machines did. If a few things went 'wrong' in the air, the pilots often nose-dived to try and recover some control. If this didn't work, a crashing, fiery death was inevitable. These out-of-control crashes are often attributed as the 'suicidal crash on a target' which is also in the definition I choose to open this post with. The inference made in the definition is that the 'crash on a target' was calculated - whereas a great many crashes said to be 'intentional' and 'targetted' probably were NOT and were, instead, malfunctions and loss of basic control of the airplane.

As well, the firearms that these pilots had use of were often inferior to the ones their adversaries employed. Kamikaze pilots often had to get their aircraft much closer to their target than did other aircraft pilots. This had nothing to do with pilot 'heartlessness' where they thought so little of human life that they would get close enough to SEE the other pilot to watch him die (this is a crazy idea, isn't it? Nonetheless, it is a popular myth). It had to do with the fact that their firing range was so limited that they couldn't hit anything unless they were quite close to their target.

I believe it must have required great courage for kamikaze pilots to step aboard their aircraft, knowing how different the craft were from the ones they would face in the air. They would know, more than other pilots, how dangerous their next moments would be and that their life was in mortal danger - yet they trained as well as they could to know their machines and they didn't see their situations as 'impossible.' They saw the possibilities of utilizing air currents, utilizing split-second human judgements in the air, and they flew their planes remarkably well - all considered.

They also SURVIVED remarkably well, all considered. It is a shame that their efforts and their actions have been so sorely misinterpreted.

Ignorance is NOT BLISS

Thousands of people - probably hundreds of thousands of people - look to the internet as a means to rid themselves of crappy jobs, crappy bosses, and mediocre paycheques. Most of these people are dreaming of the day they can enjoy MORE TIME with their families and friends, doing things they WANT TO DO instead of things they HAVE TO DO. People dream of dream jobs (big pay for little effort), dream homes, dream dates, and ideal situations. Obviously, in most global regions of the world, the abundance of MONEY will afford people the option of a higher degree of TIME available for families, friends and for doing things they want to do. Logically, it follows that people need more MONEY then, to be able to realize their dreams.

When asked, "How will you make your dreams into reality?" Most people BALK! Then they start to assume that (only because they don't know the 'HOW TO' part yet) they cannot realize their dreams and make them into 'reality.' From this train of thought and when people can't instantly answer the question, they start to focus on the negative, blank areas of the problem. Within a short time and, with no solid answer in front of them, most people simply GIVE UP their dreams - believing that they are not within their reach.

At this point, ALL IS LOST. People head back to their Traditional Jobs - under the potent assumption that 'dreams are just dreams' and 'traditional jobs are the reality' - the only jobs that really bring in the money with which to live.

The belief that traditional jobs are the jobs that bring in money - IS A FAULTY BUT COMMON BELIEF. These jobs are simply 'traditional jobs that bring in money.' That's all. They are a TYPE of job, one kind of WAY TO bring in money. They are concrete, explainable to a majority of people - and most of all - THEY ARE COMMON AND ACCEPTED by a majority of people.

THERE ARE THINGS IN LIFE OTHER THAN TRADITIONAL, KNOWN, COMMON JOBS.

People that stop problem-solving about how to reach the things they want - will not find the things they want ever within reach, however, people that keep problem-solving usually realize their dreams.

Ignorance is not bliss where dreams are concerned! Not knowing the 'hows' of getting to your dreams is simply 'being ignorant about how' to get what you want. Inhibiting or stopping the 'problem-solving' just reinforces the 'not knowing how' until no hope is left at all.

If you don't know how - FIND OUT! Ask questions, do research, hunt down the information you need that will bring you closer to what you want. Take responsibility for finding out all you can about HOW TO make your life better.

Step # 2 - Take action against ignorance and FIND OUT the HOW TO information that you need. The information is out there - FIND IT.

Ignorance is not an option. Overcome the fact that you don't know how - be FEARLESS in your pursuit of information that will tell, show, and explain HOW you can reach your goals.

Money Making Is a KamiKaze Experience

My online earning experiences started with careful tenacious steps. It didn't take long for my computer to become kamikazi-ated and totally disorganized with eBooks, training 'help,' 'Get Rich By Monday' and 'Guaranteed Or Your Money Back' material.

Obeus.com - The Democratic Ads System

I didn't get rich by Monday...or by the next Monday - or the next, either. I didn't ask for my money back because it took me so long to get through some of the training material that I missed the 'money back by this date' date.

It doesn't matter - it simply DOES NOT MATTER. Know why?

Because LEARNING BY MISTAKES IS UNDER UNDER UNDERRRRRRRRATED! That's WHY!

I'm not sure why - but most people will tell you NOT TO MAKE MISTAKES. I think that is garbage. I think that the best learing often comes from learning not to do something repeatedly that doesn't work. A great deal of learning is about filtering OUT mistakes.

Therefore - the most important thing about learning to earn online is TO STOP BEING AFRAID OF FAILURE! Heck if I had never taken any action because of everything scary in this world - I'd never have learned how to ride a bike when I was little (*Hint - incorporate the FEARLESSNESS of a child and you will begin to move forward - just like you did when you were a child!). If I'd veered away from everything that was uncomfortable or new, I'd never have learned to play guitar, either - those little, harmless-looking strings HURT at first but the discomfort is WORTH IT once you realize that you finally played a WHOLE SONG using just your fingers and an object that can't DO ANYTHING WITHOUT YOU.

I don't have the perfect 'Get Rich' formula yet but I know a lot about THINGS TO AVOID online, so much of this blog will be dedicated to telling WHAT DOES NOT WORK. I can say what to do INSTEAD of things that don't work and I can tell of what works for me.

The first thing that DOES NOT WORK when you're trying to earn online is:

Crappy Self-Talk and Negativity. (Saying to yourself, "I'll bet this won't work," and "I don't know what I'm doing, so this ain't gonna work out.").

When someone first told me that you can make money with Adsense and Blogging, I said "I'll bet this won't really work - probably because I'm a 'newbie' I won't be able to figure anything out." And, "Those people who are making money this way are people who already know a lot about computers - but I don't, so I probably won't be successful."

I didn't earn a damn thing while I was talking to myself that way.

I'll let you think about these things for a bit.

When I come back to post, I'll let you know the #2 thing that DID NOT WORK for me online.

Ever heard of 12-Step programs? They work pretty good for people who create 'chaos' in their lives and who take a 'kamikazi,' erratic path through life. 12-Step programs give great suggestions about how to get back to SIMPLE thinking and re-order your habits.

My Kamikaze Methods blog will have 'erratic,' miscellaneous information on it at times, but I am only going to work with 2 STEPS - 'cos that's as SIMPLE as I can get here. 12-step methods are for 'whole-life' consideration - this blog is not for the purpose of whole-life - it's just for KEEPING MONEY MAKING SIMPLE - so it only requires 2 Steps!

You have the FIRST step outlined already for you - "STOP BEING AFRAID OF FAILURE. Just Stop."

Step 2 - next post.
